- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called to get information, the person was very unhelpful, said "hold on" anytime she needed to ask someone else for the answer to my question. I was asking simple questions, the girl had no common sense. Additionally, she in NO WAY tried to sell me on their services, quite the opposite. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just spoke to Carla Cuervas to inform her of my intent and although she acted surprised to hear that I have called repeatedly to ask to be taken off of their call list, and to hear that I had spoken to her previously, she then mentioned that she had noted my call to her in April 2010. I very strongly again told her that this is against company policy and a waste of company time. She tried to explain that when their account goes into collection, they call. I told her that is NOT our concern, that has nothing to do with our business, in which they are interferring with the operation of. They have her private number and I have told them repeatedly to call her after 5 on her time, not company time.By A Google User, November 17, 2016
