- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Literally the worst bank I've dealt with. I opened my account a month ago and I still have not received my debit card. The idiot who opened my account didn't put down the right address for some reason so last week we went up there to get it cleared up. He assured me it would have been sent by this Monday (yesterday) and still nothing! He said it would be fedex so they were overnighting it. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was extremely impressed by the customer service I received from Mike Dunn. I wanted to open up just a regular account, but he showed me all of the options that Compass has to offer. He showcased some of the solutions that Compass had to offer that were right for me. He wasn't just trying to sell me things I didn't need, the way big banks often due.
