  Horrible service Miranda, Whitney, and Kevin are racist they kill animals without trying to at least get them a home worst place ever these people need to get fired and get arrested for violence change your name to Baytown Animal killing service because it seems like it should be in order for me to put five stars fired your retarded employees.

  Better hope I don't show up at this place. A review from 1 year ago says they're under new management, and "this place is great." A review from 8 months ago says they're more in business for killing the animals rather than find them homes. I'll be sure to bring gloves, plastic bags, and cotton swabs. Oh and take pictures, recordings/ videos of any unsanitary conditions like feces and urine in the enclosures. I'll document the whole experience and send swabs/collected fecal samples off for testing. Unacceptable, making the city of Baytown seem more trashy! I'll be by for a random visit. I've been here before to drop off a pup that was dumped in my neighborhood years ago. Had I known more about this place then, I wouldn't have. Hoping not to witness this sort of cruelty.

  I wish I could give them 0 stars.I brought Rex my dog to them in tears because he was getting too big for us since he was a German Shepherd. Such a lovely dog and I didn't know where else to turn. I came to them telling them I don't want him ill treated because he is a darling. Raised from small with babies around. Never bite anyone. When i reached the lady at the front told me that she wasnt sure if they can keep since they were full and not sure he would get adopted.When I brought him there he didn't want to stay. I cried so much to see him so. He just went in the cage in the far corner and laid down. That was Friday afternoon. Saturday I went to work and a worker got information for me about him since his previous owner said she would love to have him back. They said he had killed him Friday night because he bite someone. He didn't last 5 hours with them. It's like I brought him to the butchers.
